1. EAT THE COLOURS OF THE SEASON – DEEP GREENS, VIBRANT ORANGES AND DARK YELLOWS – THE MORE COLOURFUL THE FOOD THE BETTER IT IS FOR YOUR HEALTH & IMMUNE SYSTEM.

2. FIND A GENTLE EXERCISE YOU CAN DO IN THE HOUSE: GET AN EXERCISE DVD OR EXERCISE APP, SEE THE HOOVER AS A EXERCISE MATE OR PLAN A PROJECT OR TWO FOR THE WET DAYS & DARK NIGHTS.

3. TAKE ADVANTAGE OF DRY SUNNY DAYS WEATHER – GO OUT AND WALK WHEN YOU CAN AND TAKE THE STEPS INSTEAD OF THE LIFT.

4. BOOST YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM: ADD GARLIC TO MEALS, EAT MORE FRUIT, DRINK GREEN TEA, TRY MANUKA HONEY WITH PORRIDGE – ALL RECOMMENDED AS IMMUNE BOOSTERS.
